Product Manager II

Job Summary:

• Translate customer needs, business priorities, and product insights into clear requirements and shipped improvements.
• Own features from discovery through release with a focus on usability, quality, and operational follow-through.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
• Manage backlog priorities, sprint readiness, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with engineering, QA, UX, and go-to-market teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product owner, or related SaaS roles.
• 3+ years working with agile engineering teams on backlog management and release coordination.
• 3+ years translating customer feedback and data into product requirements and prioritized work.
