Responsibilities:
- Manage new hire training, creating curriculum and coordinating logistics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years' pharma experience in a hospital environment.
- Experience in Sales Training is preferred.
- Understanding of institutional selling and technology platforms.

- Strong facilitation and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
