Legal Counsel (APAC)

Join Xplor's Corporate Division as Legal Counsel in Melbourne and make a real impact by enriching customers’ experiences. Reporting to the Head of Legal, Commercial (APAC), you'll support the legal function in building a world-class legal and regulatory infrastructure. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including customer and billing data, and payment processing services. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, maintaining relationships with external counsel, and supporting all business areas, including commercial contracting, product development, and sales and marketing activities. The role requires a law qualification, in-house legal experience, and strong negotiation skills. Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently and as a team. Willingness to work across different time zones (as needed).
