Job Description
Define and execute Corelight's Inside Sales Strategy to drive new customer acquisition and expansion. Partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine and adapt the ISR model as the industry and buyer behaviors evolve. Drive operational excellence by optimizing sales processes, sales tools use, and reporting. Analyze data to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and guide strategy. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Field Sales to ensure alignment on messaging, lead quality, and campaign execution. Recruit, onboard, and develop top ISR talent; managing and iterating incentive programs that reward performance. Foster a positive, high-energy culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and adaptability.
