We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients—primarily U.S. and Canadian companies—who can benefit from hiring vetted, remote professionals in LATAM. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, articulating value proposition, booking discovery calls, maintaining CRM, and collaborating with marketing.
