Role Overview:
- Data-driven Staff Marketing Manager to shape customer engagement across email and push.
- Own the full lifecycle of engagement initiatives, from strategy to experimentation and measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end email and push strategy, including planning, execution, and scaling.
- Build campaigns with segmentation and personalization to drive retention and lifetime value.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to enhance engagement infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in data-driven marketing with strong analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- AI literacy plus SQL/HTML familiarity preferred.
Benefits:
- Base salary $96,000–$180,000 plus equity.
