Spanish Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing according to the monthly payroll calendar.
• Collaborate with Operations to validate and reconcile payroll inputs and reports.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience managing end-to-end Spanish payroll processing.
• Expertise in managing complex payroll components such as benefits-in-kind, flexible remuneration, stock options/RSUs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
