Inside Sales & Enrollment Specialist

As an Inside Sales & Enrollment Specialist at Better Health, you’ll play a hybrid role at the intersection of sales, service, and healthcare operations. You’ll engage directly with cold leads, patients, and providers to drive enrollment, manage referrals, and ensure a seamless customer journey from first call to delivery of care. Proactively engage potential patients through outbound calls on a dialer, answering questions, building trust, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Understand and respond to patient needs, providing tailored solutions that highlight Better Health’s unique value. Serve as a key point of contact for patients and providers, managing referrals and ensuring a smooth experience throughout. Resolve issues cross-functionally, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and a positive care experience. Track tasks and follow-ups using ticketing systems and manual processes, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. Continuously improve outreach and operational strategies by analyzing performance data and learning from every interaction.
