Senior Manager, Content Performance & Coding Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead root cause analysis of policy defects and leverage trend data to identify automation and AI-enabled solutions for quality improvement.
• Manage the policy library, implement new medical codes, and serve as the vendor relationship manager for content reference sources.

Team Development:

• Grow and lead a team of Content Policy Managers and Analysts, creating an environment of ownership and high accountability.
• Research and resolve policy inquiries from clients and colleagues, collaborating with Content and Engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and minimum 5 years in healthcare, with 2-3 years leadership in Payment Integrity or Claims Operations.
• Proficient in medical coding, claims workflows, and regulatory policy, with strong analytical and communication skills.
