The Business Development Representative will connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for our Account Executives. This role requires exceptional communication and active listening skills, combined with a drive for success. The Business Development Representative will play a vital role in effectively addressing objections and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting cold outreach, building a pipeline, engaging prospects, handling objections, assessing suitability, collaborating with sales and marketing, tracking data, scheduling appointments, and participating in training. Driving toward results by meeting monthly/quarterly/yearly quotas.
