Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Demand Generation Lead to own strategy and execution that turns market interest into qualified demand.
- You will lead a team of specialists, manage a seven-figure ad budget, and report directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire campaign lifecycle across paid channels such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Lead and develop a team of 4 specialists focusing on events, content, geo-targeting, and marketing automation.
- Identify growth opportunities in existing and new channels, working closely with sales and revenue operations.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS, with a track record of scaling in dynamic environments.
- Deep expertise in paid media, especially Google Ads, and experience across multiple demand channels.
- Strong data-driven mindset and fluency in German and English.
