This role will report to the Vice President of Customer Success Management and will lead the success and growth of our partner ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for developing and scaling a partner success strategy that maximizes mutual value for our partners and our business. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure partners are empowered, enabled, and supported across the full partner lifecycle.
Build and Lead the Partner Success Strategy: Define and execute a scalable partner success framework focused on onboarding, enablement, adoption, and retention for referral, reseller, and implementation partners. Drive Partner Outcomes & Retention: Ensure partners achieve their desired outcomes and remain aligned with our business through proactive engagement, success planning, and performance reviews. Partner Enablement & Growth: Collaborate with enablement and marketing teams to develop playbooks, training, and content aligned to the partner strategy and that drive partner capabilities, satisfaction, business growth and customer satisfaction.
