Job Description
The Provider Recruitment Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Provider Recruitment team and facilitating the growth of Privia Health. Key responsibilities involve assisting with the logistical aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the successful placement of physician and advanced practitioner candidates within our care center practices. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the practice model and regional communities to address candidate inquiries effectively. The role involves profiling new requisitions, developing practice job descriptions, and proactively identifying, sourcing, pre-screening, and scheduling qualified candidates for open positions.
Further responsibilities encompass managing sourcing activities, logging them in the applicant tracking system, and coordinating outbound communication campaigns. The Associate supports the Provider Recruitment Coordinator and physician recruiters with candidate interview processes, including travel and lodging arrangements. Assisting in the development of recruitment marketing collateral and managing off-site recruitment events are also key components. The role includes creating and maintaining a comprehensive provider recruitment resource library and continually improving operational processes and strategies. The individual will delegate tasks to provider recruitment interns/contractors as needed and track performance against high-reach objectives.
