What you will accomplish in your first 12 months:

  • Leading a high-performing project team and customer through a successful design, build, and implementation by developing a comprehensive project plan aligned with all stakeholder objectives.
  • Adhering to project budget and timelines by tracking resource allocations, monitoring key milestone deliverables, and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Proactively identifying and managing project risks by developing a robust risk management plan to mitigate and address issues promptly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategically build relationships with customer sponsors and stakeholders to identify future opportunities and develop an industry network.
  • Own overall project management, participate in discovery and requirements workshops, collaborate with team members to design solutions, and execute projects with clear communication.
  • Manage timelines, budget, and scope, accurately report project status, and identify staffing needs and team member responsibilities.

What you bring to Komodo Health:

  • Strong professional experience in project management within Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with software or custom development implementations, ideally in a consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, global team environment to meet client needs and influence stakeholders at all levels.
