Job Description

Manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. As the Senior Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities. Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months. Own the onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch by leveraging strong internal coordination across Sales and Operations. Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear and compelling insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time, using findings to drive better outcomes across client portfolios.
