Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the messaging portfolio, setting KPIs and driving performance.
- Conduct experiments and analyze metrics to inform decisions.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to optimize the product.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and A/B testing fluency.
- Experience with lifecycle or notification products at scale.
Preferred Experience:
- Marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
- Deliverability and compliance knowledge.
