What you'll do:
- Own channel strategy and end-to-end campaign execution, including building, QA, launch, measurement, and optimization.
- Build email campaigns in HubSpot and push campaigns using Reddit’s first-party tools.
- Design experiments using treatment and control groups, then translate results into iterative test plans.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, growth, or marketing technology roles.
- Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in HubSpot or a similar marketing platform.
- Ability to read and write basic SQL and experience with A/B testing.
