Revenue Operations - Tools & Technology Admin

As the system administrator of the GTM technology stack, you will be responsible for data governance over our key prospect, partner and customer data. Your role will be to make sure that we have complete data integrity, and that we can segment and utilize our data effectively to manage and grow our business. This role involves maintaining a solutions architecture that supports the marketing and sales functions, and executing programs that support lead acquisition, lead flow, and pipeline management. You will design and maintain system templates, workflows, data structure, lead routing, naming conventions, campaigns and reporting. Key responsibilities include governance, management & administration of Salesforce and Pardot, SFDC automation, and hands-on design of marketing campaigns. The role also involves managing database hygiene and integrity, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, designing reporting processes, and providing support for internal users. Ultimately, you will play a vital role in helping Mattermost become the #1 Collaborative Workflow Solution.
