- Seeking a Virtual Assistant to handle customer calls.

- Answer customer calls and relay messages.
- Communicate daily updates regarding calls and urgent issues.
- Create and send invoices once jobs are completed.
Skills:
- Native-level English speaking ability.
- Prior experience in customer service, call handling, or front desk support.
- Proficient with service-based customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Availability from 4-7 PM EST M-F, 8-12 PM EST Saturday
- Assist in improving business efficiency and enhancing service delivery.
- Adherence to agreed-upon timelines and deliverables.
