Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and negotiate various agreements including CDAs, CTAs, and site budgets.
- Lead interactions with North American and European study teams, sites, and sponsors.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and update team members on contract status.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent contract management experience in clinical research.
- 3+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in contract research, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong relationship-building skills in a virtual environment.
