Job Description
This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on operational execution, providing critical insights and reporting to optimize sales performance across Enterprise and Midmarket segments in AMER. Reporting directly into Revenue Operations leadership, you'll ensure alignment, efficiency, and success within our rapidly scaling sales organization.
Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, territory alignment, and continuous process improvements across the sales teams. Execute hands-on data analysis, including ad hoc reporting, pipeline generation insights, conversion rate analyses, and identifying industry or territory performance trends. Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau to generate actionable business intelligence and reporting that informs decision-making at all levels. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success Operations, Renewals Management, Deal Desk, Finance, and Marketing to streamline operations and improve the effectiveness of sales processes
