Talent Acquisition Partner, Technical

The Talent Acquisition Partner, Technical will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, focusing on attracting, sourcing, and hiring highly qualified candidates for key roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand hiring needs, strategize on the best approaches to attract talent, and provide a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within the cybersecurity or technology space. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment process for a range of technical an non-technical roles, identifying and engaging potential candidates via various channels, and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand team goals and job specifications.
