Staff Product Manager

Accountabilities:

-Drive ownership across the full product lifecycle, impacting expert performance and quality.

-Collaborate with Expert Operations, Engineering, UX, and Analytics to deliver technology solutions.

-Lead the development of tools, interfaces, and AI-driven workflows for experts.

Responsibilities:

-Integrate customer and expert insights into decision-making, using qualitative and quantitative inputs.

-Champion the use of AI and machine learning within product development.

-Understand the downstream operational and business implications of product decisions.

Qualifications:

-7+ years of product management experience in consumer internet, marketplace, or SaaS.

-Proven record of end-to-end ownership and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes.

-Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
