Non-IT Recruiter

This role is not for the faint-hearted. It’s for someone who thrives in a dynamic, consulting-style environment, and knows the difference between just “sourcing resumes” and making matches that matter. As a Non-IT Recruiter focused on the Broking and BFSI domain, you will act as a trusted talent advisor, managing end-to-end hiring with ownership, empathy, and excellence. You’ll work as an individual contributor , but never feel alone—our culture is collaborative, feedback-driven, and deeply invested in everyone’s growth. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end recruitment for roles in Broking, WealthTech, BFSI, and Financial domains, acting as a consultant to deeply understand client expectations, conducting in-depth candidate assessments, coordinating directly with clients, and handling offer roll-outs.
