Delivery Manager – Private Cloud

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be dedicated to one of our key clients, a major provider of Private Cloud services. You’ll be responsible for leading delivery teams and ensuring the successful execution of both projects and managed services. At the same time, you’ll play a crucial role in developing the business relationship with clients by identifying growth opportunities and expanding our service scope in areas such as networking, virtualization, OS & Middleware Services (Linux/Windows), automation, cloud native solutions, and observability. Leading and developing the delivery team working for the client. Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with client stakeholders. Overseeing delivery of projects and managed services, ensuring quality, SLA compliance, and operational excellence. Identifying and driving business development opportunities within the client organization. Monitoring project scope, profitability, and margin contribution. Managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for assigned teams. Formal handling of contracts, clauses, and service agreements.
