The Fraud Team Manager role is responsible for managing the performance, development, engagement, and wellbeing of their team, supporting overall domain success through peer support and hiring contributions. This role oversees the daily activities of their team to align with business objectives.
Specific responsibilities may include: Analysing, understanding and regularly reporting on performance and absence data; Taking proactive action to manage and support their teamβs performance; Taking proactive action to manage and support their teamβs wellbeing and absence levels; Actively working to keep their team engaged; Supporting their team in developing themselves; Providing engaging socials; Cascading essential information and process changes to their team; Taking proactive action to address conduct concerns within their team; Accurately and meticulously maintaining necessary documentation; Supporting with hiring across the domain.
