Tier 1 System Administrator

The Microsoft Entra ID Tier 1 System Administrator role is to support the inter-agency B2B collaboration team within the Enterprise Messaging, Collaboration, Authentication, and Office 365 Services Support program for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role involves managing VA’s enterprise Entra ID B2B tickets in the Microsoft 365 environment and assisting end users in resolving technical issues.
