About the Role:
- You will define what good looks like for the Forward Deployed Engineering team and run the business that delivers it.
- You own the operating rhythm, track commitments, and influence across Docker to drive outcomes for strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define delivery standards, engagement model, and metrics for FDE, and turn lessons into reusable practice.
- Own capacity management, staffing plans, and negotiate dates with engineering teams.
- Represent FDE with Product and Engineering leadership and present results to executives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of TPM experience with customer-facing engineering teams, including 4+ at Staff level.
- Strong technical background in cloud platforms, containers, and software delivery.
- Executive communication skills and high agency in a remote-first environment.
