Job Description

This role is designed for a hands-on, detail-driven professional who can operate as both a project manager and operations specialist in a fast-paced, confidential environment. You will work directly with the Chief Talent Officer to manage the lateral partner hiring process through coordinating agencies, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution at every stage. The Recruiting Manager will manage lateral partner recruiting processes end-to-end, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at each stage. Supports talent branding and recruitment marketing, anticipate and manage dependencies between internal and external stakeholders. Ensures seamless coordination with agencies, providing visibility and timely candidate movement. Maintains clear documentation and reporting to support informed decision-making Proactively identify and resolve issues before they become blockers.
