Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager

The Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager performs a broad range of corporate accounting functions. Reporting to the VP of Accounting, this role will be primarily responsible for assessment of new or complex accounting issues arising from both business transactions and the implementation of new accounting pronouncements, as well as ad hoc technical accounting research. This role will also prepare the company's internal and external financial statements including detailed disclosures. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, researching technical accounting matters, maintaining accounting policies, collaborating with auditors, and providing technical guidance. The role also involves managing revenue recognition, equity, and CECL, collaborating with various departments, and assisting in internal controls maintenance. In addition the role assists in various ongoing and ad-hoc projects or initiatives as needed.
