Job Summary:
- Deliver interactive online training sessions for D2L clients on Brightspace platform.
- Develop and improve training materials, courses, and webinars.
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor training plans for diverse verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training delivery and development for clients and employees.
- Collaborate with trainers to implement best practices in product training.
- Track assigned projects and update progress.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching in blended learning settings.
- Bilingual in English and Canadian French at advanced level.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum design.
