Job Description
Support the Partnerships team as Partner Program Coordinator, responsible for ensuring a smooth partner experience and efficient internal processes. Duties include partner provisioning, certification tracking, contract renewals, Salesforce configuration, and referral partner onboarding. This role reports to the Partner Program Lead and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, systems, legal, and marketing to ensure partners have the required assistance.
Create a professional experience for new partners by leading onboarding communications and coordinating setup. Manage access setup for partners across internal tools and systems, triage and resolve access issues, improve the experience for future partners by prioritizing and streamlining core partner program processes, and provide internal teams with reports on partner activity and performance. You will also support data accuracy in Salesforce by managing partner related layouts and configurations, track completion of training for reseller partners, support partner contract renewals by managing updates, help newer partners meet compliance requirements, and maintain clean records of partner access using internal systems.
