Growth Manager

The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user engagement and revenue growth across the platform. This role owns the development and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, with a focus on attracting, converting, and retaining developers and strategic partners. Success in this role requires a strong command of paid ad testing, conversion rate optimization, and building full-funnel user journeys that lead to measurable business outcomes. Success looks like: - Becoming the go-to teammate on all things Growth, with a holistic understanding of our value proposition after three months. - Earning the trust of the team to drive outcomes after six months. - Attaining a mastery of growth initiatives and creating a system to continuously ideate, experiment, and deliver results after twelve months.
