Take Ownership of a multi-year roadmap for Workday HCM, aligned with business strategy and IT architecture. Innovate & Optimize by leading configuration, feature roll-out, and system enhancements. Build Stakeholder Partnerships across HR, IT, and business leaders to elevate system usage, data integrity, and user experience. Ensure Compliance & Security while aligning with regulatory requirements and data policies. Drive Tech Integration, identifying opportunities for automation and generative AI within HCM workflows. Manage Relationships with vendors and internal teams to deliver timely, scalable solutions. Guide Change Management, supporting HR and IT during system upgrades and new feature implementations.
