What you’ll be responsible for:

• Lead the reinvention of GRM’s operating model, moving from manually intensive processes to an AI-native model with intelligent agents and human judgment.
• Partner with process owners to define an ambitious vision for every process and challenge long-held assumptions.
• Coordinate with Circle’s central AI team and AI leaders to advance an enterprise-wide transformation that decouples growth from headcount.

What you’ll work on:

• Lead workshops to reimagine processes from first principles and define an AI-native future state for each.
• Champion consistent execution of AI risk management framework across all GRM AI developments.
• Drive development of pivotal AI applications, from scoping through build, testing, launch, and measurable impact.
