Job Description
Drive the end-to-end hiring strategy for our engineering, product, and data teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, understand their technical needs, and attract top-tier candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role requires someone who can balance hands-on sourcing with strategic advisory, ensuring CSC secures the technical talent needed to scale.
Partner with engineering, data, and product leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and define role requirements. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across technical functions through proactive sourcing and networking. Conduct initial candidate assessments and ensure a high-touch, seamless candidate experience. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, feedback alignment, offer negotiation, and closing. Use data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruiting processes. Leverage AI-driven recruiting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, sourcing automation, talent intelligence platforms) to accelerate sourcing, outreach, and candidate assessment. Represent CSC’s mission and culture in the technical talent market to position us as an employer of choice. Collaborate with the broader Talent team to align technical hiring with overall company workforce plans.
