Your main missions include managing a portfolio of key restaurants in mature sectors, creating lasting partnerships by providing Food Tech expertise, optimizing portfolio profitability with data-driven insights, and suggesting/implementing marketing campaigns. You'll also closely monitor operations to enhance the Restaurant and Customer experience.
