Full-Cycle Sales Support:
- Generate, review and process accurate estimates, sales orders, and invoices using Zoho Books
- Work with third party vendors, with a focus on Point of Sale, to ensure equipment is properly ordered, delivered and invoiced correctly
- Communicate positively and effectively with clients regarding their accounts and orders
Client Lifecycle Management:
- Onboard new clients, including preparing and issuing partner purchase orders, and sharing order status with the implementation team
- Work with the sales team to support the client renewal process
- Execute client offboarding, including CRM management and cancellation of third party recurring services
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with finance on annual invoices to clients, ensuring add-ons have been properly documented and billed
- Collaborate on changes and adjustments to sales and purchase orders as scope changes for initial go-lives or add-ons
- Work with marketing to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, data accuracy, and process improvements
