Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Understanding, documenting, training, and executing accounting and sales processes.
• Create and send all invoices in Quickbooks in accordance with the documented process.
• Complete weekly reconciliation of Salesforce invoices against Quickbooks invoices.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, operations, or sales support.
• Proven background managing customer accounts and directly interacting with clients.
• Hands-on experience with accounting functions, specifically Accounts Receivable and collections.
