FP&A Graduate

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented FP&A Graduate to join our growing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, directly contributing to our strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation in a relevant field, a keen interest in data and the crypto space, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development in a dynamic environment. Our Graduate Programme runs for a period of 12 months giving successful graduates the opportunity to become a full time Xapien once the programme has concluded. This role would therefore be a 12 month contract. Responsibilities include preparing financial forecasts and budgets, assisting in the analysis of financial data, preparing financial reports, developing financial models, preparing presentations, conducting financial analysis, supporting business cases, collaborating with teams, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and procedures.
