Analyst, Forecast Data

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate retail consumption (POS) forecasts into demand, accounting for distribution, promotion, and inventory dynamics.
• Own forecast accuracy reporting — publish monthly MAPE and bias reports and deconstruct performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary administrator of demand planning software, maintaining data flows and ensuring master data consistency.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or business analytics within CPG or food & beverage.
• Hands-on experience with demand planning or BI platforms (e.g., Vividly, NetSuite, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency; comfortable with large datasets and statistical forecasting methodologies.

Compensation & Culture:

• Salary range $65,000 - $70,000 plus 10% annual bonus.
