Job Description

Validate incoming change requests (e.g., infrastructure, network in IT service operations). Work in various ticketing systems (SNOW, etc.). Monitor functional mailboxes and process incoming emails. Collaborate with Change Management, technical support units, and other parties. Facilitate meetings with the escalation team and clients. Take responsibility for the successful planning, execution, and completion of changes. Monitor processes and make improvement suggestions. Participate in internal and client projects.
