Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the month end close process, including preparing accounting journals and completing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Produce monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret financial data clearly and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for working cross-functionally and explaining financial concepts to non-finance teams.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail under time pressure.

Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant with a solid grounding in accounting fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of accounting theory.
• Highly proficient in Excel - financial modelling, analysis and reporting.
