Job Description
Shape how dLocal delivers at scale by owning our end-to-end delivery playbook, stage gates, and governance across markets—embedding consistency, controls, and AI principles into day-to-day operations. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional alignment while ensuring our Go‑Live checklist runs seamlessly across HubSpot and Jira. You will own and evolve the global Delivery process library (workflows, SOPs, stage gates), including Go‑Live readiness criteria with artifacts and checks distributed across HubSpot (deal-level) and Jira (implementation tasks). Standardize delivery-dependent business processes (intake, triage handoffs, change requests, incident-to-problem) with SLAs/OLAs, controls, and clear success metrics mapped to HubSpot fields and Jira issue types.
