As Senior Commercial Counsel at AuditBoard, you will be an integral member of AuditBoard’s expanding legal team and will primarily be responsible for the Western Region of the US focused on Strategic deals and will support two to three Area Directors and their teams. Your role will be responsible for autonomously leading legal negotiations with customers and providing general guidance on various transactions including subscription agreements, data processing agreements, vendor agreements, and partner agreements. You will also have the opportunity to shape key initiatives designed to streamline AuditBoard’s contracting process as the company scales.
This role requires 8+ years of in-house transactional experience and 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements. Must have understanding of full contract lifecycle and solid communication and interpersonal skills.
