Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evolution of customer-facing SaaS product engineering capabilities toward an AI-first model.
- Drive AI-enabled product innovation to improve customer workflows and product differentiation.
- Partner with product, architecture, security, and data governance stakeholders for responsible AI implementation.
Engineering Strategy and Architecture:
- Define and communicate technical direction aligning with product strategy and business priorities.
- Provide deep technical leadership in architecture reviews and system design decisions.
- Guide modernization of large-scale distributed systems, cloud-native services, and data-intensive platforms.
Production Excellence and Leadership:
- Ensure SaaS capabilities meet high standards for reliability, scalability, and quality.
- Strengthen CI/CD, test automation, observability, and operational readiness practices.
- Develop and mentor senior engineering leaders, building leadership capacity and technical excellence.
