We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Revenue Operations Manager to lead our revenue operations strategy for the Individual Doctors segment (B2C2B). This role will oversee the entire revenue lifecycle across Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and growth across each stage of the customer journey. As part of Doctoralia, the leading digital healthcare platform in Brazil and part of the Docplanner Group, you will play a key role in unlocking scalable growth by enabling data-driven decisions, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring seamless execution across go-to-market functions.
Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end revenue operations strategy, partnering with leadership to optimize lead-to-revenue processes, building performance tracking tools, leading systems enhancements, identifying operational bottlenecks, creating lead scoring logic, designing playbooks, and ensuring data governance.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelorβs degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus), solid experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations roles, experience managing cross-functional revenue funnels, and proficiency in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive), BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and Excel/Google Sheets. Strong analytical and modeling skills (SQL or data querying is a plus) and fluency in Portuguese and English are required.
