What You'll Do:
- Train and educate clients on Dscout features and functionalities.
- Provide research design recommendations and assist in running client projects.
- Act as a customer advocate by sharing feedback internally.
What You Need:
- BA/BS in design research, psychology, anthropology, sociology, or related field.
- 1-4 years experience with 2-4 years client-facing experience.
- Strong project, time management, and communication skills.
