Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team and play a key role in bridging the gap between product and sales. This is a pre-sales, high-ownership role, and you will be the first hire in the team, responsible for leading technical engagements with prospective clients. You will represent our SaaS platform designed to empower the commercial management of renewable energy assets. Serve as the technical expert during the sales process , demonstrating the platform’s capabilities and value proposition. Lead customised demos , workshops, and test / POCs that are tailored to each client’s needs.
Collaborate closely with the product team to translate customer needs into actionable feedback and potential feature enhancements. Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs, and where needed, assist in drafting the technical aspects of proposals tailored to client requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients during the sales process, helping them optimise commercial processes using the Streem platform by suggesting best practices and sharing successful client examples.
