Department Overview:
- OHSU is Oregon's only public academic health center.
- It is a system of hospitals, clinics, and research facilities across Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Responsibilities:
- Manage formularies, coverage determinations, and clinical programs.
- Respond to clinical inquiries and complete prior authorization requests.
- Collaborate with claims processor and present to Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committees.
Qualifications:
- Current Oregon Pharmacist license required.
- Drug therapy knowledge and contemporary medication use systems.
- Preferred: residency or 3 years experience, managed care or PBM experience.
